All content, including AI-generated stories, is owned by Kamal-Paterson Ltd, the parent company of KP-Apps. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content is prohibited.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

If subscribed to paid features, users agree to the following:

• Pay the specified fees.
• Adhere to refund and cancellation policies.
• Automatic renewals will occur unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for any damages resulting from app use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts if they violate these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
